Do I need artwork?
If you have artwork then please make sure it is in the required format: AI, JPGE or PDF. This will ensure the maximum quality of your engraving and give the best results. If you don’t have any artwork, then our design team will be able to assist you for a small additional fee.
How do I get a quote for laser engraving on my items?
All you need to do is email us on [email protected] and one of our helpful customer service team will calculate your quote and get back to within 24 hours. Don’t forget to inform us of how many units you would like and which product(s) you require.
I need the order urgently can you help me?
No problem! If you are in a hurry, we will do our the most to work with our schedule to accomodate your deadline and provide the soonest possible date. We do offer an express service for urgent orders for a small additional fee.
Do you do colour engraving on your products?
Laser engraving is a one colour process. On our stainless-steel items, we can engrave in either silver or black. We do, however, offer full colour silk printing. If this is something you'd be interested in, please let us know so as we can provide a quotation and samples.
How long will it take to make my items and deliver to me?
The standard lead time is 15 working days from receipt of payment for orders. If your order is for a larger quantity, or more complex engraving - for example, double sided engraving, then it may take a few days extra. Or something other printing method , such as silk printing , UV printing ,water transfer printing .We will always inform you of the lead time in your quotation. With our express service we may be able to dispatch orders in as little as 72 hours.
Is there a MOQ order?
Yes. Due to set up times we do require a MOQ order of 20 units.
